Dear Sisters and Brothers, Welcome to the new Sahaj Connect App for your iOS device version 8.0 or higher. This is a way to plan and organize remote sittings, both to give and receive them. To give sittings: Preceptors can log in and indicate that they are available or unavailable for sittings. When an Abhyasi requests a sitting, the preceptor (if available) is notified immediately. The preceptor can then accept the Abhyasi s request and click on Start sitting' to start the sitting. At the end preceptor can end the sitting by clicking on 'Stop sitting . Preceptors also have a record of the sittings they have given. To receive sittings: Abhyasis can log in to do a 'Relaxation Sitting on their own, where they can listen to the audio and download the instructions. They can also request a sitting with a preceptor by clicking on Sitting with Yogic Transmission . When the preceptor clicks on Start sitting , a timer starts on the screen, and the sitting continues until the preceptor choose to stop it. When it is finished the abhyasi can then log out.
